Hello, sorry to read you did not have an enjoyable stay with us :( 

we always act on feedback and appreciate your honesty. To address your points:

our site is un manned and this is advertised on our website and also we send a welcome email which also states this!

unfortunately when you stayed with us, one of our visitors decided to empty their entire caravan and car into our bin :( this was not noted until the next morning when this was cleared up straight away. The incident was early July I believe. 

The Woodfired pizza is run students and so opens during the school holidays. This is also advertised. I’m sorry you missed it this time :( 

The restaurant, although next to our site, is not linked with us. It is separate. Currently the restaurant is undergoing refurbishment and will be opening early September. 

it seemed you were unfortunate with the time you stayed and we are very sorry you did not have a good experience with us! We work hard to keep the site as lovely as possible and it’s a shame to read such reviews. I hope this explains some of your points. Thank you
