Little gem

This is a lovely little site in a great spot for exploring the local area. Easy access to Snowdonia, Anglesey and the seaside resorts of Pwllheli, Porthmadog, Cricceth and Abersoch. There is a National cycle trail nearby which is great to get in and out of nearby Caernarvon. Gwyndaf makes you very welcome on arrival and is on hand if you need anything. Would recommend this site to anyone and we will certainly be back.

If you want peaceful - this is it

On first arrival, the access to the farm looks very narrow and a bit daunting, but actually we had no problem with our 7.4m caravan. When it says 'views' it means it - you can't get much more impressive in GB than Snowdon. We were there in a heatwave and managed to find some shade from the tall trees round the edge of the site. The farm hens wander about freely during the daytime, which was rather nice - so dogs must be declared on booking and must be kept on a lead at all times. After staying on many CLs that are next to a busy road, what a relief this was. By the way the site directory and website state £13 per night but we were charged £14.

Beautiful site

A lovely spacious grass site with water and electric to individual pitches. Despite terrific rain, the site coped well as it a slightly sloped. On a good day glimpses of Mt Snowdon. Charming hosts. A well kept shower and WC an added bonus. We were on a touring holiday, but would thoroughly recommend this site for visiting places of interest in N. Wales and Anglesey.

Once again a Top Class CL

Once again a Top Class CL Gwyndaf , despite the weather we all enjoyed our 2 week stay here, lovely friendly owners who cannot do enough for you. Spotless toilet and shower, all kept very clean and tidy, excellent electric and water points all within easy reach of all pitches, good place to visit all North Wales has to offer. we will be back next year for another stay at a wonderful location, thank you so much for the care and attention you show your guests, AAAA+++++

Absolutely Amazing Little Site

This is a spotless, all grass site. We encountered some serious rain whilst there and the ground coped very well. There is one toilet and one shower on site, recycling facilities, toilet waste facilities and rubbish disposal. A Co-op is 5mins away and Caernarfon is only 10/15mins away for anything major you need. It is a great spot to explore North Wales from, we particularly enjoyed Llanberis and Plasy Newydd. We can highly recommend the beach at Dinas Dinnlle, with a lovely spot for the kids as well as cafes and shops etc. What really makes this sight are the couple who own it. They are so friendly and cannot do enough for you. We had jockey wheel problems as we were leaving and the caravan dropped to the floor. Mr Roberts fetched wooden and concrete chocks and a metal lever and lifted the van for us so we could get it back on its jockey wheel. We cannot thank him enough as we have no idea how we would have sorted it out without him. The only (very minor) down point is the very friendly cow who kept standing behind our pitch and shouting at people. He was very loud but lovely. High recommended. We will definitely be back.

Lovely site

Peaceful with lovely scenery, the facilities here were very clean. On arrival at 6.30, we asked Mr Roberts if he knew of any garages in the area as our exhaust had blown. He very kindly led us in his van to one close by, and they sorted it a few days later. We very much appreciated that he went out of his way to help us. We definitely recommend this site.

What a wonderful CL site, 1st class will return next year

We have just had a wonderful 2 week summer holiday here, the pitches all have fantastic views over the surrounding countryside with a plentiful supply of electric 10amps points, water taps, there are good toilet, shower and waste facilities on site, the owners work really hard to keep this CL a perfect one, with lots of tips and advice from the owner Gwyndaf (what a lovely man), there are lovely beaches, great attractions all within easy reach, even a local vineyard which sell their own wine and cider, shops are 10mins away. We will be back to stay on this wonderful site, thanks for making our stay with you so welcoming, Chris, Kath & family.

Nice little site

Nice little site within good reach of Bangor, Caernarfon and lovely local beaches. Owners are very welcoming and hardworking to keep the pitch well kept and clean. Will be returning as unfortunately we never got up Snowdon this time round.

What a little Gem!

One of the best and well maintained CLs we have stayed on. Very warm welcome and peaceful and beautiful location. The site is extremely well maintained and the shower and toilet areas are kept very clean. The site is well situate for exploring the surrounding area and the views from the site of Snowdon are great. Highly recommended!
