This CL is listed on the CL booking website https://clbooking.co.uk/, which makes checking availability and sending a booking enquiry easy and the comms from the owner were brilliant, email of full details, route and access etc and payment can be done by BACS, which I prefer. The site itself is very neatly laid out, with 5 hardstanding pitches. We were given pitch 1, which is a double width hard standing at bthe top of the site, which was handy as it was wet during our stay. There is water to each pitch and the waste water/tipping point was of a very good standard and kept clean. There are fantastic views down a valley from the site and it is very peaceful with virtually no traffic passing. The owner was very friendly when he came to say hello and was very helpful. there is loads to do and see nearby, Symonds Yat, Tintern, Goodrich (and other) castles, Forest of Dean etc etc. Electricity is metered, but even staying four cold days in March, with the electric heating on every morning and evening and all day one very wet day, we only went 'over use' by £3 worth, so the normal allowance appears to be ample for most stays. All in all, a really good quality CL. It has obviously had a lot of money spent to set up to a high standard, which is understandably reflected in the pitch fee.
