Good base
We visited this CL for 2 weeks in summer of 2016.
Enjoyed our stay.
The noise of the road is not bad, but means you should not expect to sit and relax on site. Better to get out to the beautiful places in Cornwall, which is easy.
But the hot tub is worth every penny of the extra charge! Owner built it for himself and uses it a lot. It is good!
Owner is very helpful.
The Wi-Fi was weak and wobbly. Maybe been upgraded since our visit.
Clean well maintained site.
