2 night stay after Christmas to see the local area. Site is new with 5 level pitches. Pitch 1-2 have distant see views over fields, 3 has water standpipe but 4-5 are shaded by a tree. All look over a well kept field which is nice. pitch 5 cannot receive TV from a roof mounted sat dome. Filling MH was via standpipe on pitch 3 or via standpipe in an 'overflow' area near pitch 5. No MH grey waste but this was not a problem for us. Downsides: next to mower factory which may be a problem during normal working hours although not during our stay, near to a dog kennels and we did experience some noise from the dogs which my not be a problem form some. All contact with owners is via email but this was efficient in our case and they accommodated us leaving early. Access is via an unsurfaced sloping road.
