Excellent base for touring on Anglesey

This is a lovely, peaceful, very well designed and kept site on the owner’s property, in an elevated position and very secure with a code on the gates. It is easy to find and access; a very short walk from the village centre and beyond that the coastal path and the beach at Benllech and Red Wharf Bay. Benllech has good pubs, great restaurants with varied menus, very popular fish and chip shops, plus several small supermarkets, all very well stocked. Each pitch has EHU, water and waste water. There are also two shepherds’ huts and two glamping pods on the site. With views over Benllech Beach this is a true gem of a site. The bonus is the owners Eric and Louise who could not be more helpful, approachable and willing to share their knowledge of the area. We really enjoyed a look at Eric’s lovingly restored vintage vehicles and steam engine. Thank you for a lovely stay; we wish it could have been longer. We will definitely be back.
