Visited for 3 nights over school holidays. Great site,good size pitches with lovely views. Large dog walk on site. Nice walks to village(10 mins),Stamford(1hr) and Uffington(45mins-Bertie Arms pub very nice). Easy to find on edge of village with security gate as well. 10kw electric is included in the pitch price per night-we used our quota over 4 nights,so you would need to be economical in the winter if heating is on,although we did cook on electric. Each pitch has an isolator switch/meter in the information hut,and you take a photo of meter on arrival and departure to work out if you owe anymore-very simple process and you can leave money in the postbox or pay by BACS. Overall a very nice site in a great location,but I would be wary in cold snaps,as could get expensive!.
