We spent an enjoyable week at Slade Paddock. The site is easily accessible with security gated entrance onto a large flat grassed pitching area. We had a warm welcome from the owner Trevor. The CL is on a working arable farm so some noise is only to be expected but we were not disturbed by it. The toilets and shower were of a high standard. The view over the fields was very pleasant and also the big fenland sky. There are many towns and places of interest to visit within easy reach, lots of information can be found at the tourist information centre situated in Oliver Cromwells house museum in Ely (free parking in Ely).An excellent new addition to the CL network we shall return.
