Difficulty with a motorhome

Confirming what has previously been said - the lane is narrow and kept reasonably well cut back but it only takes a few errant branches to mark the van - expect most will polish out!  Our van is narrow too.  Views lovely although most of our stay involved rain.  Good hardstanding - we couldn't see a name on any of the pitches as previously mentioned?  The only trouble was with emptying the toilet and especially the water - having to go over very wet grass.  For the latter, with a motorhome, we had to reverse right up to the toilet/shower shed and on one occasion we got stuck in the mud and had to use our trusty rubber tracks to get us out.  Difficult to empty a complete tank and we did not see anyone else emptying grey water so I expect most people let it go on the ground.  Would revisit as it is very handy for sights - however some roadworks meant the exit from Plymouth and towards Exeter were closed and traffic rerouted via Rattery itself which was a challenge!
