We visited this lovely CL in July 18. On arrival we received a warm welcome from Chris & Nikki, Chris showed us to his well kept camping field, we were very surprised to find we were the only caravan on site considering the time of year, and the good facilities. We took our canoe to use on the Tamar, which we found quite easy to launch from the slipway at Calstock and FREE parking, paddled up river past Morwellham Quay and on through some beautiful countryside. Short walk from the site found great little local pub ( The Carpenters Arms ) bustling on Friday night. We'll be back. CLs USE THEM OR LOOSE THEM
