Couldn't wish for anything more.

Access is pretty straightforward, follow the directions and the roads are good, only the last couple of miles being typical Cornish single track roads. The CL itself is spacious, flat and very peaceful. Pitch on the left if you want evening sunshine. The owners are friendly and helpful. Coverack Cove is a 20 minute stroll, and has a harbour, small shop, cafe and pub (food is good, service was "relaxed"). The coast path provides plenty of good walking, and the whole area is worth exploring. A good value CL and we will definitely return.

GREAT

Excellent site, flat and well maintained.  We enjoyed a friendly welcome and stay and were very pleased to be able to buy fresh fish and eggs from the owners.  The area is good for walking with Coverack nearby.

Wonderful!

We loved our stay here away from it all.  A simple spacious CL with all you need along with peace and quiet and very friendly owners.  An absolutely perfect location to explore the Lizard and surrounding area.  It is only a 10 minute walk into the village and port of Coverack where you can pick up the coastal path.  Cadgewith is a must to visit along with the Lizard, Kynance Cove, Helford and Frenchman's Creek. Highly recommended.

a must

We where welcomed by Nicola and when we said we have friends coming later in the week she immediatley changed our pitch with no bother. Nothing was too much bother for this couple (Nicola and Geofrey). The site is flat and large, reasonably easy access, do not go before 12 there is a large site nearby and you may meet one of their caravans leaving before 12 oclock. Walking distance to Coverack with a pub that sells good food. The beer a little pricey. Ask the site owners if yoiu need to know anything they will help you. We would certainly go back to this site.

Must Visit

what a wonderful site, beautiful setting and surroundings. owners very very helpful and friendly, we will be returning again and again. quiet lane leading to site.fantastic walks, if you have young children go to coverack, about 5 mins by car, and do the piskie trail, it's a wonderful way to explore the village, also visit the coverack sculpture park and see the stunning sculptures by sir terence coventry, very tranquil and amazing, best of all it's free to enter, Coverack beach is very safe for children very sandy about 2 hrs after high tide loads of rock pools, if you have never been to the lizard in cornwall then this site is a must. Also at £9 a night amazing value

Will return

CL is about 1 mile from centre of Coverack. Coverack has newsagents, pub/hotel and takeaway fish & chips. Lot of places there are holiday homes, but the narrow streets means no coaches at the top end of the village. CL is large field where vans are situated around the edge. Even with 5 vans on the site, there would still be ample space. Directions to site are good and lady owner very pleasant and helpful. Elec and no toilets but chemical and fresh water are separate, which is much more hygenic. We will certainly return, it is only a pity that site is not open in the winter, as Coverack would be a lovely place to visit all year around. £9 a night is good value.
