The access road to this site is atrocious. It is a gravel drive on a 20% upwards slope on the side of a hill. Due to the disintegrated surface of the drive, our 2.7 Audi A6 could not pull our small 2 berth caravan up into the field. The owner could see that we were struggling and could not be bothered to help us. We had to go up to the farm to see if there was another entrance but found ourselves to be stuck as there was no room to turn. Upon unhooking our van to turn it around the slope was so severe that the handbrake failed and our caravan rolled 30 yards downhill into a dry stone wall, thus writing it off. The owner still refused to help us and was extremely rude to my distraught wife. Needless to say this site is highly UNRECOMMENDED!
