Bank Hol

Warm welcome on arrival, paddock area pitches-plenty of room. Working farm, we were pitched by the lambs. Separate toilet and toilet/shower room. Farm in an elevated location-5 mins or so to pub, don't think there was a shop. Half way down the hill you could catch the steam train which was a 10-15 mins walk away and at the bottom of hill (20 mins plus) was a golf range/course and pub. Site a 10 mins drive out of Leyburn. Relaxing!

A TOP CL.

Been to this lovely CL twice. The pitches are well spaced and the views are wonderful. The Wensleydale Railway runs past the bottom of the site. The toilet and shower facilities are first class and always kept clean. It's a ten minute walk into Finghall to the local pub and there are plenty of walks in the area. There's a small information room with plenty of leaflets etc and suggested walks with maps
