Warm welcome. Site easy to access. We have a reader lounge so overlooked the field rather than the car park which was mainly empty whilst we were in. Some pitches may need blocks to level. Facilities open when NT is open. We walked the footpaths across the fields gave views and shelter. The garden was stunning enjoying it after closing and before opening was worthwhile. Couldn’t be a better spot to see Stour-head. In the corner of the main car park there is a smashing farm shop to say nothing of the on site pub. What more could we ask. More of the same please NT and CMC.
