This is only our second visit to a CL, chosen for it's proximity to J12 of the M6 and this was a joy of a stay. As mentioned previously it's proximity to the A5 was not a problem at all we were hardly aware of traffic. We had a slight problem reversing onto our pitch (top right hand corner) due to a tight turn and damp grass causing much complaining from the clutch, to be fair this was more my problem than the pitch location. Very friendly and helpful owner. We had a great meal in The Bell, about 200 yards from the site. Exiting the site caused us no problems at all. Sadly there is a for sale sign up and hopefully any new owners will keep up the good standard. BP station a couple of miles from the site for refuelling. Can't comment on the surrounding area as this was just an overnight stop.
