Perfect location

We have just returned from Summertree Farm and have had another fantastic three weeks. It was our fourth year visiting this lovely site and Bob and Bernadette are just so welcoming. The site is immaculately maintained and the access is good. It is close to Dalby Forest for cycling and the area is great for walking and the scenery around the area and up to the coast is just stunning. We will definitely be returning.

An Excellent C.L. Site to stay on.

We have just returned from another Excellent stay at Summertree Farm. Bob and Bearndette are so very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The site is maintained to an excellent standard, with beautful views and stunning sunsets. It is a very quiet site yet close to Malton, Pickering, North Yorkshire Moors, and the coast. We love this site and fully recommend a stay at Summertree Farm. Thank you Bod and Bearndette for yet another great stay and we will be back soon. Martin and Lyn

An Excellent C.L. To stay

On arrivel we were greated by Bob and Bernadette who are very warm, friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were given a tour of the site and clear instructions on the use of the fresilities. The site is very well presented, well managed and maintained. It's a Very level site with excellent views quiet, and free Wi-FI. Very dog friendly, with good walks. Easy access to local Market Towns and attractions. Over all an excellent C.L.Site that we fully recommend for short or long stay. Thank you Bob and Bernadette Hayne you have an excellent site.

Peaceful, site and obliging owners.

It is a lovely flat site with more than helpful owners and in a lovely area. The only down side is the grass cuttings. When the weather is wet or with the early morning dew on the field, the cuttings all finish up in the van. The cuttings also finish up covering the aqua roll etc. It drove me mad! If the grass was cut with a box on the back, the site would be absolutely perfect.

An Absolute Gem

Bob and Bernadette are the jewel in the crown of this beautifully kept site - Bob always has a great big smile on his face and nothing is too much trouble for him and Bernadette. Altogether a lovely couple. The welcome you receive and the information given is second to none. If you require assistance in siting and setting up they are only too happy to help. They work constantly to keep the grass nice and short and the whole site clean and tidy. The area itself is very peaceful and has beautiful views and lovely dog walks just across the road. It is situated perfectly for all the local places of interest and offers easy access to coastal and inland attractions. Couldn't fit all we wanted to see into one week, so we will definitely be back at some future date. We felt really at home here.

Great site

Great spot. Very tidy and flat site with the best manicured short grass I've ever stayed on. The field is huge and you could probably get 6 cars between pitches. great biking and walking within 5 miles. We took the kids to dalby forest ( 10 mins away by car ) to do the Gruffalo Trail which they loved. The owners were very helpful so overall a great place to stay.

Great CL, lovely owners, will visit agan

A good visit for our first trip of the year. Unfortunately, bad weather prevented us from using the paddock but Bob and Bernadette welcomed us by providing a hard standing on which to pitch. Even from this alternative location, the facilities were great. Electric hook up, toilet and waste disposal facilities. Left alone, we were not disturbed, only by the birds in the trees singing on a beautiful spring morning, following heavy rain. Thornton Dale and Pickering close by and the coast further afield, loads to do in this area. Already booked for a repeat visit.

Perfect!

The site is really beautifully kept, peaceful and has extra facilities. The field is huge and flat with attractive views. The area is lovely, there are lots of things to do, we could have stayed here much longer. I think its the best CL we have stayed on! The reason we are reviewing this site is because of the site owners. We had a lovely warm welcome when we arrived, they are both really friendly. When we had a very upsetting evening, Bob and Bernadette went out of their way to help us. We cannot thank them enough for all their help and support. We appreciated it so much.

Tongue in cheek

Why do so many people give this site such good reviews? Warm welcome, brilliant site, grass kept short, good facilities, places of interest nearby. All true, but if too many people know this we regular visitors will not get booked in when we want to return. In all seriousness though, this is a site that deserves to be considered for CL of the year. See you again soon Bob and Bernadette, John and Sheila Foster
