This site is on the A12 in the village of Yoxford. There is some noise from the main road, hence the score for 'peace and tranquillity' however as the site is set back from the road and screened by trees it isn't very noticeable. Each pitch is screened from the others by trees and shrubs and all face towards the garden, which on our last visit was full of sunflowers. There are plenty of walks available directly from the site, and you are close to the usual Suffolk attractions of Aldeburge, Southwold, Minsmere and Dunwich. There are a couple of farm shops close by for local produce, a shop in the village and the local pub does a good pint of Adnams as well as food.
