Great site
A great base for exploring the local area. Site as good as others have described with excellent communication and information from the owners prior to arrival.
We cycled from the site to the Matlock to Rowsley cycle path which follows the Peak Railway route, and also explored the cycle paths through the woodland on Farley Moor. Following Storm Babet the walks by the dams and waterfalls were spectacular. Butchers in Darley Dale is well worth a visit for quality and variety.
