Forest of Dean recce
Arrived on site to be warmly welcomed by Mary, who was absolutely delightful. She explained all the site facilities and even made us a much needed cup of coffee. The Site is quite, beautiful, scenic and relaxing and with a lot of family history. There's a lovely 5 minute walk out the side gate down to the Iron mines that are worth exploring with a lovely cafe there too. With everything just a short distance is all directions. We will definitely be visiting this site again in the near future and highly recommend it.
