This CL was a real find and one I am sure we will return to time and again. Penny and Mary couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating, as others have said. Facilities are first class and extremely clean. Although we have owned dogs for many years we also appreciated a 'dog free' site. Sadly too many dog owners let their dogs roam freely on sites and then don't 'pick up' after them. It was great to have a bike store provided - a real bonus. We didn't have our bikes with us but we will next time knowing they will be safe and dry when we're not using them. We loved the fact that there were so many walks nearby and we haven't anywhere near exhausted them! We particularly enjoyed walking out from the site and exploring nearby Clearwell. Many thanks for a lovely 'safe' break this autumn.
