I think we were about the third customer, to this newly opened site. This location is stunning , just off the A52, with easy access from Ashbourne. The peak District is a fantastically beautiful place to visit, but we have always found the area to be crowded and full of visitors , walking and climbing the area. So we were lucky to find this peaceful tranquil site. Hidden within the beautiful countryside away from the crowds. Well laid out, with full service pitches, spacious hard standing with grassed area for the awning or sitting Very helpful and friendly owners, who couldn't do enough to help or assist us, during our stay. . Dog friendly with public footpath near by , bus stop a short distance away . Asbourne has supermarkets , such as Aldi , M & S food hall and an unspoilt market town. Close enough to visit Dovedale .
