Excellent facilities and a very warm welcome
We stayed for 3 nights and were very impressed with the facilities. Despite the recent rain the pitch was very firm and solid.
We were made to feel very welcome.
The bus into Colchester is just a few yards up the road. It took 15 mins to cycle to the Zoo. The walks nearby are easily accessible.
Colchester Castle is a great way to spend an afternoon and if you have children under the age of 14 they're going to love the Zoo, very well thought out.
