This CL is simply stunning and everything you want for your holiday stay. Robert and Jane are great hosts and gave us a warm welcome. We were very happy to have pitch no. 1 which probably has the best views and the sun all day. The facilities ( shower and toilet, washing up and washing machine and tumble drier)are excellent and spotlessly clean. Jane provided freshly picked salad leaves from their garden for all the campers. There is a chiminea that you can use in the middle of the site with plenty of wood. The village is spread out with a train station with trains to Settle or Carlisle. There are two pubs that serve basic pub food. The walks are many in all directions and we walked up Ingleborough from the site. The roads are great for cycling with lots of National cycle routes. Quite hilly in places but easier with electric bikes! All in all a fab site with fab views.
