Beautiful little site.

Beautiful little site, . Well away from roads. The only sounds you will hear are the birds singing. All pitches hardstanding with fresh water taps and waste water drains on all pitches. Clean toilet and shower with disabled facilities. TV & mobile reception is excellent. All major supermarkets (Tesco, Morrison's, Aldi, Lidl, Home bargains) are just a short ride away in Skegness. Owners are caravanned and you can see they have put a lot of thought into layout of the site. They even provide little bottles of smellies, shampoo and conditioner in the shower room which is a nice if you happen to forget your own. We never met Kev, but Sarah was lovely, recommending places to visit and places to eat. We booked for 3 nights with the intention of moving onto Lincoln for 3 nights, but decided to stay here for the other 3 nights because it was so peaceful. We will definitely be returning to this site in the near future. Ps. There are bird feeders situated all over the site so pick yourselves a bag of seed up and you will not believe the different species of birds you will see.

Winter Visit

We are on our third winter visit to this site. The weather at this time of the year can be very unpredictable. One of the reasons we selected this place was because of the all hard standing large pitches. The second reason is a good night’s sleep – no noise. Leave your wellington boots in your locker - no need to wear “wellies” here. Other helpful facts: From the site there are excellent transport links. Biking is available on local roads and tracks. Great scenic rural views from your pitch Mobile reception very good Excellent 4G

Relaxing Stay

We have just spent a very relaxing 7 days here. The site is everything we could have wished for. Serviced pitches brilliant , a good winter visit when grass could be a problem as is all hardstanding. Shower and toilet facilities if required are a real bonus. Thanks to Sarah and Kevin for making us feel really welcome. Such a good site for all that the East coast can offer. Bryan and Chris

Quiet and Restful

Came for a 5 night stop in early March after collecting our new van in Louth. Well laid out site, plenty of room for 5 pitches, all the pitch area is hardstanding and well drained so no problems with soggy grass if it rains! Each pitch has its own tap and drain and there's a small shower toilet block in the pitch area which caters for disabled persons. National Trust sites nearby at Gunby Hall and Tattershall Castle, also RAF Memorial flight and noisy Typhoon jets at RAF Coningsby (well worth the trip). Friendly helpful owner Janet plus 2 spaniels and a scruffy cat...Pub food and take away plus small shops in Burgh about 10 mins away, make sure you book at The Bell if you're going for Sunday lunch, it gets busy. A very enjoyable few days, we'll be back.

Quiet and peaceful

Kevin and Sarah, not forgetting their dogs and cats, are absolutely wonderful. The site is so peaceful. The pitches with their own power, water and drainage make it an easy holiday. The chemical waste is one of the easiest we have used. It's really a lovely site.

Very peaceful

Had a recent two night stay. The site is easy to find and is very peaceful and sheltered. Unfortunately on one of our days it rained all day so we were thankful for the the hardstanding pitch. Each pitch is serviced by its own electric hook up and water tap. There is a toilet and shower and a waste disposal point. We would definitely recommend and will no doubt be visiting again.

This site is very close to all local attractions but an oasis of calm away from the hustle and bustle of the seaside. Each pitch is more than ample in size and having your own water supply and drainage is a bonus. Toilet and shower fine. Well worth a visit.

Thank you

I highly recommend this site.  If you want to get away from it all, this is the place to go.  You are made to feel very welcome by the owner.    All pitches are hard standing.  There is a toilet and shower and individual water taps to every pitch. The site is a haven of peace and tranquility, all you hear is the birdsong.  You are surrounded by lovely countryside. Close by in Burgh there are takeaways and pubs.  We ate at the Bell Hotel and the food was excellent.  There is an interesting National Trust House close by, Gunby Hall, with lovely gardens and a nice tea room.  On the advice of the owner, Sarah, we headed for Winthorpe beach which is dog friendly.  There is a lovely place for coffees here, The View, where we sat on their terrace overlooking the sea.

This is an excellent site and ticked all our boxes.

A Peaceful Haven

A chance find for us as a late booking, and didn't we strike lucky.   Hardstanding throughout with individual water taps for each pitch.  An oasis of calm with all the noise and activity of Ingoldmellls and Skegness within a few minutes drive. Certainly one to return to for us.

First  run out this year and what a place to come to, just lovely and peaceful the wild life and birds to watch from the van was great, the site is surrounded by trees and with the addition of bird tables I was inspired to buy bird food that managed to attract  more birds to watch, we will come again.
