Still a favourite!
See my review from 2016 for a full description of this site, but I have to say I keep coming back here as it is perfect for exploring this part of Snowdonia and is an excellent CL. Mfanwy always responds quickly to availability enquiry emails and the welcome is always warm. The pitches and facilities remain very good and there are loads of walks direct from the site and nearby available and the scenery in the area is stunning. The RAF/USAF still treat visitors to the odd impromptu 'airshow' during the day, too which is an added bonus!
