A very quiet and peaceful site, away from the main roads but easy to get to. Nice wide roads on the way here, not too narrow to pass another caravan. Although this site has great WiFi, it has very basic facilities. You don't want to use the only toilet on the site, it's not been cleaned once during the long weekend we've stayed here, I know this, as the toilet paper laid out flat on the shelf behind the only loo, has weeks worth of mouse poop still on it and it's not been moved. There's also no toilet paper or hand wash. There's also no light switch so take a torch.
There are no showers here and no dish washing facilities either. Pitches are electric hook up only, no water or drainage, so be prepared to carry your waste down or up the field. Families are welcome here, but there is nothing for kids to play on, no swings etc.
So on the whole how do I rate this site? A very solid 7 out of 10. If the toilet wasn't stuck in the late 19th century it would rate higher for sure. Would I come again, probably not, but that's because we've been spoilt by better updated sites.
Still a lovely place to be, if your setup is as good as ours.
perfect cl site
easy directions and entry to a beautifully kept and organised site. very spacious and great wifi.
sheep and cows in adjoining fields (we got to see a 6 hour old calf running with his mother).
lovely pleasant owners onsite,..
would 100% recommend and 100%revisit.
Good place to stay on Lleyn Peninsula - one of the few with Wifi
We chose this site based on the fact it had Wi-Fi (which doesn't seem to be available at other local CLs.)
As CL Owners ourselves, we were impressed by the lovely welcome from very friendly and helpful owners. This dog-friendly site is well maintained with care and attention. It is in a good location to visit the Lleyn Peninsula: although the CL is quiet, it's convenient for a drive to local attractions.
The site is ideal for visiting Portmeirion where The Prisoner was filmed and there is a choice of nearby steam railways as well as lots of lovely sandy beaches nearby to visit.
When we get a chance we'll be back!!
A nice place
We arrived on a very wet day and were told to go in the top corner near the gate as the field was very wet strangely enough this seemed to be the wettest area of the field, the ground dried up reasonably well after a few days. The grass was cut short but not picked up it was a very spacious field which we had to ourselves for most of our fortnight.the toilet wasn’t cleaned while we were there and no toilet paper provided. Well placed for visiting all of the lleyn peninsula and overall a nice peaceful pleasant place. Would visit again if in the area

A Lovely CL
We had a fabulous time staying here, access was nice and easy, with a really warm welcome. A very well kept peaceful site, with a dog friendly environment which was excellent. The owners advice about nearby places to visit made our stay brilliant from start to finish, a lovely lady. We would definitely stay here again without a doubt.

Excellent Cl
First impressions are very good. Good directions, easy access, spacious, well kept and a friendly welcome, all you could ask for.
The provision of good, free wi If was a great bonus for us.
It was a shame we had unsettled weather but still managed to see much of the nearby.scenery. Wonderful beaches all the way down the Lleyn, and Snowdonia on the doorstep.
The local councils are to be congratulated for the very reasonable parking charges, encouraging visitors to spend time looking around the local shops.
Should we return to the area, this Cl will be our first option.
Superb CL
Found this CL to be perfect for a short break on the Lleyn. Tranquil, spacious and well kept, our first time on a CL and it was a great find. We are not strangers to the area having been brought up on the lleyn through my school years, and my wife being born here, this was a great place to visit all of the superb beaches and places we used to go in our youth. When the weather is great, there is no place better than here (and we did get good weather but for one day). Will definitely be coming back again in September if we can get away again.
Ideal Golfing Location For Lleyn Peninsula
This is a lovely site, well kept, peaceful, with plenty of room for 5 vans without being overlooked. Good wide access so no problem for a long outfit or twin axle. Owners very helpful without being overbearing. WiFi worked a treat, no idea about the TV reception as we found our own amusement, and adequate toilet facilities, although always use our own. A great base for exploring the area with some great golf courses in easy reach. Would definitely return.

Good base for exploring Gwyndd
Ample space for five caravans. Two t
Electric points at the top of the field and three below. The top spaces do get all day sun...if you're lucky enough to get a good week!! Wifi reception excellent. Can't comment on the TV as we didn't use it all week. Grass moved short with no clippings, and the site is very tidy. Only criticism was the early start of the family lorries at 6.30am. Otherwise a lovely site and well priced per night. We would definitely return
Quiet Site and Accesible
Fantastic site, room for five caravans and all with electric hook ups. I didn't use the free wifi as my O2 mobile worked on 3G. I was able to get BBC HD and most other channels on digital. Nice owners and very polite. There is no noise from traffic and almost pitch black at night time. Close to Criccieth which is a small village with a castle, beach and a Award winning ice cream shop. I recommend this site.
