The owners of this CL should be proud for what they have achieved. They have clearly invested a lot of time and effort into developing a CL that for us was just perfect. We have just had 2 weeks of peace and tranquility at this site, so quiet that even the birds don't have to chirp loud to be heard. The site has good 16amp power to each pitch (not shared between two pitches like some sites), and individual water supply (first time for us using a direct water link to the van with an Aquasource - brilliant). The owner has installed free WiFi in the centre of the site so all vans should be in range to get a signal. Great for keeping in touch or going online to check things out locally. There are also wooden picnic table benches on each pitch that can seat 6 people, so no need to pack extra chairs if you are expecting guests. Each pitch has a hard standing adjacent to grass which is perfect for caravan and awning combination. Also the centre driveway through the site is covered so no problem with wet grass or mud if it rains. We had a couple of days rain and the water drained away well. Access to the site is just 1.5 miles from an A class road, and typical of the west country roads is a bit narrow in places. Having said that, we managed to get in and out with a twin axle (and 7'6" wide) without any problem. There are also plenty of passing places along the road. The nearby (less than 25 yards away) private woods are great for a casual stroll or walking the dog. Even the grass walkway through the woods is mowed and kept clear. The site is just a few miles from Launceston where there are a number of supermarkets so you can keep stocked up with essentials. I have no hesitation in recommending this site and would definitely use it again when traveling to the Devon/Cornwall area.
