We have only owned a caravan for 3 years but I have to say that this is the best site we have stayed at so far. The facilities (fully serviced) are second to none and of an extremely high quality. The hard standing is solid and pretty level. The location is great for access to Devon and Cornwall. We used the secure dog field at least twice a day and the woodland walk occasionally. Please note the owner's comments that there is wildlife - deer etc in the woods (don't ask me how i know :)) and Andy farms Llama. There is limited phone signal and the wifi is intermittent but about about to be upgraded. All in all I would recommend this site to anyone - but quietly as I'd like to get a space there again my self
