This is a small CL site, the grounds seemed well looked after and the scenery was very pleasant especially if you hitched up adjacent to the fields were you could watch the sunset on an evening. Unfortunately all that was spoilt by the fact that the 5 pitch CL site was right next to a busy campsite that housed around 20 tents all of which shared the single toilet and shower that was on the CL site. With all these people using the one toilet, it soon ran out of paper and hand towels and all the time we were there, I didn't see anybody cleaning the facilities. I think in the current climate with covid, more care should have been taken to keep them clean. The Wifi seemed to be restricted to the pub itself and as soon as you got onto the site there was no signal, not a missive issue but something worth noting. Obviously, this can not be helped, but the site is right on the A34 and there constant road noise, even into the early hours of the morning.
