Plenty of space with amazing view
Just one night, unfortunately. But we loved the spot. There seemed to be loads of space and we chose a pitch that was firmer underfoot; the owner reported recent towing episodes. The view of the river estuary - constantly changing - was excellent. It’s a 15 minute walk downhill to the Tarka Trail and 18 minutes to Heanton Court, the nearest pub. We had a very satisfactory meal there on a Sunday evening. The walk back up to the site is steep but worth it.
