We booked here at short notice for 4 nights and we were not disappointed, lovely and quiet. All pitches were level and have their own water supply. Julie and Dave are absolutely lovely, warm welcome and very helpful. The lane is a bit narrow in places but to be honest there are only about three vehicles a day that use it. We didn't have any problems coming or going from the site. Dogs are very welcome and Julie and Dave have "Poppy" a very friendly lab full of beans and crazy with it, (in a nice way) The dog walk on site is not big but enough for them to do their business first thing in the morning and last thing at night, Thomas the horse who you will meet on the dog walk is very friendly and our dog certainly loved him. Overall a very relaxing, quiet stay away from traffic and other noise. A great base to travel to local areas, we can recommend Llangollen aquaduct and canal. We would definitely consider coming back here.
