We love this site and have visited regularly over 15 years. Location is excellent. The facilities are always immaculately clean (although a bit dated now). The last visit the new wardens were exceptionally helpful. A pile of leaves had accumulated overnight ( it was quite windy!) and Robin came over straightaway to clear it all away from our car and caravan doorway. Then, when hooking up the electrics to our car to leave, we hit a problem - again, Robin came to the rescue immediately and knew what the issue was straightaway - he realigned the socket so the connection could be made and told us how to resolve it if the issue reoccurred in the future. Cannot fault the customer service of Robin and Annette.
