Been to this site more times than i care to remember over 20 years. Always a peaceful place during the week and during term time. Not that its noisy all other times, but kids will be kids and parents don't care as long as out of site, out of mind (my view, yes). Anyway the current wardens have made the site very clean and tidy. The shrubs that surround the site and pitch's are trimmed to give the look of a smart clean site. Nice touch with the surrounding shrubs being stepped when trimmed giving depth - lovely. Very very friendly wardens. I've noticed a negative review recently about closed shower cubicles. Well when the site is fairly empty as it has been over the last couple of weeks (cancelations over fuel issues and only 14 on site up to week ending 08/10, i was there so i know) then as there are 2 toilet blocks with 5/6 showers in each, why have them all for use and have the wardens clean them each day. did they have to queue, bet not as they didn't say as much. I agree with closing some, why not. Most people use there own anyway, so what's the issue.
