This was our first trip out in our new Motorhome after several years absence. As a previous Caravanner, and having had Seasonals here over the years, I thought it would be good to start at a known site. Upon arriving, the welcome from the Wardens was both friendly and warm and I felt as though I had never been away. As Motorhome novices we were arrived without any idea as to what switch did what and without a hose to fill our water tank! The Warden immediately offered to help and filled our water tank, showed us to our pitch and went through all that we needed to know! We are so grateful for his patience and help - he really went above and beyond. Having left us to connect the electric we had a problem with the post - another Warden offered to help and tested the post for us only to find it wasn't us doing it wrong (phew!) it was a problem with the post. They sorted it straight away. Their patience was amazing and all the time they never made us feel silly that we didn't have a clue! The site is as lovely as I remembered, clean and well manicured a credit to the Team and the Club. As it was the Coronation Weekend the Wardens pulled out all the stops to put on entertainment which was good fun and bought the site together. Their efforts were second to none. They truly are a great team and it shows as soon as you arrive with the extremely warm welcome. Thank you.
