Lovely team

Nice site. But like a lot of clubsites it is dated and facilities are tired. It is however really well looked after and the team are really friendly and welcoming. WIFI is a MASSIVE problem as it is on all the clubsites i have been on in the last 3 months. The location is great with a supermarket, M&S food and other shops within walking distance. There is a pub called the Albion just outside the site gates. Berwick is a 15 min walk away and is a great town with good eating and drinking places. Most are dog friendly. Personally i would not be put off by the proximity to the railway line. We were at the side of it and it really didnt bother us. We enjoyed our stay. We visited Holy Island and Bamborough Castle, both fairly close by. We would revisit the site and a really good stop off if you were heading north or south on the A1. Access is good but be careful on entry/exit as there is a dip in the road causing me to scrape the bottom of my caravan.
