Site office busy on arrival on 7th Aug for overnight stay. Went to look at map on wall over a table spread with papers. Was rudely pushed aside by warden who told us papers were private. Explained I was only looking at map. No apology for rudeness! On return journey 28th August we had had a problem with a front tyre which meant a wheel change. My husband asked warden where he could find a garage with air to check pressure. He replied " It's on your paperwork" and turned away. By 9 o'clock all pitches around us were empty, so why was the only arrival at 10.45 sent to our pitch before we were ready to leave? Worst CC club experience ever!
