Good for families

Nice location but pricey for the facilities not very good for children

Great site for visiting the surrounding Kent coast and countryside. The wardens on site were lovely and in fact I would even go to say 'that they were the friendliest wardens we have come across'. Cleanliness was superb but the site lacks character. There is only a small dog walk right next to the very small and inadequate play area for the kids which is tucked away in a corner (smacks of let's keep the kids out of the way of the adults sort of attitude, NOT the wardens fault though), and there is no playing field for the kids to have a kick around with a ball. Pricy as well for lack of amenities, as an example; we paid £29 per night (ok we were on a serviced pitch) but for that price and that time of year, it was way to expensive. After all this would we go back to Black Horse Farm; yes but only for a weekend as explained above.
