Bank holiday weekend!

Friendly staff and a clean, tidy site.  Transport is required for pubs and restaurants as there are none close by.  Enjoyed our stay on a busy, sunny bank holiday weekend!!

My stay

Very nice site. Just one thing it's not good for pubs and restaurants. Can catch a bus to Blackpool which is great but if you stay for more than a couple of nights gets boring. Site nice and clean. Think staff could be a little more friendly. Couldn't get on wifi so didn't bother paying for it as was told very little signal. Glad we there where only us two as would have be a long stay. Toilets and showers nice and clean only thing with showers had to keep pressing button to get water flowing

First club site

Smooth polite check in. Pitched next to the play area, grandaughter loved it. Site was clean and tidy. Ideal location for Blackpool and Latham. Will put this site on our revisit list. Had a fantastic bank holiday weekend.

Not very friendly/accommodating

Site as all are. Ie clean and tidy. Staff on arrival were very abrupt and un helpful. Our friends were staying for the 1st time and parked up wrongly. They were practically shouted at and told to move it correctly in a very abrupt manner. I asked to stay a couple of extra hours with payment on our last day and again was told abruptly no it was too busy  as I was in a motorhome I said I would use the car park but the answer was that it was a CAR park. Our friends rang us to say there were about 20 empty pitches that night! We are both now considering changing to camping and caravan club now. Also as a note the road outside the site is a little dangerous especially at night as there are no footpaths which is awkward for walking the dreaded dogs!

Good site

We stayed on a wet and windy weekend but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff were helpful and fish and chips from the van on Friday were lovely.

Nice quiet site

We like to take the Grandchildren to this site, it is handy by car or bus to get into Blackpool. The wardens are very nice & friendly, however the female assistant warden was sharp in her manner. She needs to learn from the wardens how to be 'nice'.

Our stay August 16

A real gem of a site great for families, large well laid out site large pitches. Out of the gate turn left walk 100 yards turn right at the signs for bikers diner, not what it sounds, we went to have a look a little dubious but what a find, a unit turned into a pub with excellent fittings, good hot food from the carvery available daily and good selection of draft beers/lagers on the bar at reasonable prices too, and to add to the pub life live entertainment on fri/sat nights with 2 acts from 7.30pm a must visit. on the other side in the diner a good breakfast is available too same owners.

EXCELLENT SITE

Excellent site.  Very friendly welcome and very helpful.  Warden pointed out the noisier and quieter pitches.  Neat and tidy site. Excellent location for Blackpool and Lytham St Anne's.  Will definitely be back and recommend to other people. Thank you. Laughing
