Just visited and site is really well kept, wardens never seemed to stop working and were very approachable and helpful. The site with its terraces and alcoves is really nice. Pitches were a good size and amenities spotless. The road is noisy with trucks and motorbikes, sometimes in the early hours, but you get used to it. Tittesworth Reservoir is nice for walk, Leek is OK but not really worth a visit unless you are struggling and 3 Horseshoes pub nearby the site was good food and value. Would return for around 3 nights again - just because the site setting is so good.
