We stayed on this site late November with friends. The weather has been unsettled and the ground as you would expect was very muddy. I know this is the first year this site has opened in the winter but I think they need to be prepared for the bad weather. The road around the site has very deep potholes which I think are very dangerous especially as the site lighting at night is not very bright. We were lucky as we were put on a big pitch which was nicely gravelled. Our friends were put on a much smaller pitch which was very muddy. The wardens were helpful and friendly. The toilet block clean but dated. This site is in a prime position, very near Woodstock and a bus every 15 minutes into Oxford. I would recommend this site as its in a great position but I would be prepared to have a bright torch and watch where you are walking.
