Excellent site in a great location with very friendly staff
This is an excellent site if you like walking, visiting historical monuments and above all, wish for a very tranquil time. There are fantastic walks along the river from 2miles long, it is superb for dogs and walks that tire children out for bed. The staff are very accommodating, especially for late check out, if it's free they allow it.
The facilities were spotless and the pitches are all hard standing. I would definitely put this on your list.
