Beautiful walks from the site and great location. Only main criticism is the warden who insists on using his leaf blower on a morning so expect a wake up call and this annoying noise can be heard throughout the day. It's about time little boys and their toys are stopped with the increasing fuel prices and members might not have to take all of the hit. An example, riding around on a john deere tractor when they should take a look at knaresborough site where the wardens pull a cart around to collect the rubbish which is more environmentally friendly and with a smile on their faces. Was also challenged at 11.20 to why I hadn't left, as the 1pm is strictly enforced with arrivals why can't departures be at 12. Great stay but don't forget your ear plugs for the pointless leaf blower, would return with my headphones next time!
