Lovely Site - Peaceful
Just had two nights at Borrowdale, nestled in the woods below the peak of "Cats Bells", this is a great site for walkers. No facilities, but that probably adds to the peace, as most people tend to stay around their pitches. No Wifi, but those on the 3 Network will get a booming signal on their Mifi or phone.
Steve and Dee the new wardens are welcoming and very hard-working. The standard of the site is testament to that.
