The site is not yet up to typical club standards but I understand that work is underway. we visited in our campervan which we didn't want to use once sited. The walk to Bridport across the fields is around an hour at a reasonable pace. To cycle into Bridport you have to encounter a short stretch of cycling on a fairly busy road. We arrived on a Friday afternoon in early September and found it extremely difficult to get a taxi into town (took about 10 calls) and also getting back in the evening. Very pleasant walk across the fields/country roads into Bridport and a lovely country pub on the way. Not sure the walk would have been so pleasant in wet conditions. Reception were very helpful in giving clear directions. A nice site and we enjoyed our visit.
