Recently returned from Brighton. Site was fantastic. Wardens were spot on and friendly. Always happy to help. Although the site was busy when we were there, the facilities were plentiful. Never had to queue for a shower etc and they were always clean. Site is a 30-40 min walk along the seafront to Brighton pier, so a great location. There is an electric train about 10 min walk from site which takes you to the pier too. Lidl was a 10 min walk, few min drive from the site, as is Asda, which has a petrol station too. As many have mentioned, road to the site was terrible when we arrived. Huge potholes, but they were mostly repaired during our stay, so exiting was a lot more comfortable. All in all a superb site in a superb place. Look forward to coming back.
