An excellent, very well maintained and accessible site.  The staff are very welcoming and the site has all one would need for a comfortable stay.  The toilet block was immaculate and other facilities were kept clean and accessible. The only slight down side for our stay was the number of people visiting with numerous pet dogs.  I should say that I am not a dog fan so the fairly regular barking of these canine 'friends' was a slight irritation. That said the site is well positioned for trips to the world famous Bury market as well as being pretty handy for Manchester.  All in all a highly recommended site.
