Great setting and a distance away from the road. All the normal benefits of a Club site, plus very tasty Bakewell puddings sold in reception. Our mobile network worked some of the time and internet was fine when logged into the Club Wi-Fi. Very pleasant walk down into Buxton from campsite with interesting information stops and carvings along the way. We used the taxi company recommended by reception to get us back, the taxi arrived promptly and was very convenient and comfortable, a great alternative to a steep walk! BTW we like the Biffa rubbish and recycling bins being by the exit, convenient and tidy.
