Pleasant Little Site

We used Cadeside for a few nights as a stopover on our way further south. Probably the smallest Club site which isn't a CL!!! There are 16 hardstanding pitches, well spaced out. Friendly reception from the site staff. No toilet block which is fine by us. One service point handy to all pitches but no motorhome waste point. (if you had a long enough waste hose you could probably dispose of waste water at the service point?) The site is attached to a large storage compound. Its about a mile uphill walk into the pleasant town of Wellington, or if prefer you can jump on the regular bus service. In the other direction it takes you to Taunton. There is both a Waitrose and and ASDA in the town. I don't quite share the Clubs confidence in suggesting that both carparks are suitable for motorhomes as it could be a struggle with larger vehicles. In future that final point could become somewhat academic as they appear to be building a Lidl supermarket just across from the campsite which will be very convenient.
