Beautiful site

Stayed over Easter school holidays, and although site does not have a play park, the grandchildren (aged 8 and 6) loved this site. Lots of hidden nooks and crannies for them to explore, so allowing them to have freedom to explore and "make dens" It is handy for Cambridge, we used the Park and Ride, up the very narrow Lime Kiln Lane, to the right as you leave the site, but only about 1 mile away. There are also bus stops in Cherry Hinton, a short walk away. Close to shops and supermarkets and family friendly restaurants.  Toilet facilities spotless, music in toilets (radio 2) restful to listen to. Wardens pleasant and helpful. Worst aspect is the narrow approach up Lime kiln Lane, where the cars zoom down at a terrific speed, narrow pavement down to main road, but you can cut through the nature reserve on opposite side of the road. Would definitely go back.
