Single person active but classed as elderly
Carsington Water camp site is located close to a number of dog walks, although most must be on a lead. Not particularly useful if you have a disability scooter but we managed. Used the High Peak trail, , hired the Tramper there, Carsington Water paths and the Cromford canal. This site and local amenities suitable for those with walking difficulties and use of scooters.
